Orders & MOQ

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard in-stock models: no MOQ — order 1 unit to test. Bulk pricing kicks in at 50 units. Custom hardware: 200 units.
How do I place a sample order?
Message us on WhatsApp with the model name and shipping address. We'll send a proforma invoice with payment options. Sample orders ship in 3-5 business days.
Do you accept small trial orders?
Yes. We support orders from 1 unit. For B2B partners planning larger programs, we recommend starting with 1-3 samples to validate the market before committing.

OEM/ODM & Customization

What customization options do you offer?
Logo printing, custom colors, packaging, manuals, firmware branding, and full hardware customization (PCBs, sensors, payloads). 3D mockups and samples provided before mass production.
How long does OEM development take?
Logo/color only: 7-10 days. Custom packaging: 15-20 days. Full hardware customization: 30-60 days including tooling. We share a Gantt chart with milestones.
Can I use my own brand name on the product?
Yes. We do private-label/OEM for distributors and brand owners. Your brand is removed from all our materials. We sign NDAs for new product development.

Shipping & Lead Time

What is the standard lead time?
In-stock: 3-5 business days. OEM bulk: 15-25 days. Custom hardware: 30-60 days. We confirm exact lead time on every quote.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
DHL / FedEx / UPS (5-7 days, door-to-door). Air freight (7-10 days to major airports). Sea freight FCL/LCL (25-35 days to US/EU ports). We can use your courier account if you prefer.
Do you handle customs and import paperwork?
Yes — we provide commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, CE/FCC/RoHS docs, and any region-specific certs. We do NOT act as importer in your country; you handle import duties.

Quality & Certifications

Which certifications do your products have?
CE / FCC / RoHS for electronics. UN38.3 + MSDS for battery products. ISO 9001 (factory). BSCI (social compliance). Regional certs (KC, PSE, RCM) on request for 500+ unit orders.
How do you ensure product quality?
3-stage QC: incoming components (AQL 1.0), in-process assembly (every unit), final test (flight test + functional). Defect rate under 0.5%. Each unit ships with a QC checklist.
Can I visit the factory for an audit?
Absolutely. Factory tours welcome for serious buyers. Send your team (or third-party auditor like SGS / Bureau Veritas) to our Liangshan facility. We can also share live video walkthroughs.

Warranty & After-Sales

What is the warranty period?
1-year manufacturer warranty on motors, ESCs, and flight controllers. Battery: 6 months. Accessories: 3 months. We replace defective units with new components, not refurbished.
How is warranty handled internationally?
We ship replacement parts (motors, ESCs, flight boards) for free during warranty. You handle local installation or we connect you with a service partner in your country.
Do you provide firmware updates?
Yes — lifetime firmware updates for all our products. OTA updates when possible, or via PC tool. We maintain a public changelog.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (bank wire) for orders over $1,000. PayPal for samples. Alibaba Trade Assurance for first-time buyers. L/C for large orders over $50K.
What are your payment terms?
Samples: 100% upfront. Bulk orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping. Repeat customers: net-30 after 3 successful orders.
Can I get a price list or formal quote?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp with the models and quantities you need. We send a formal PDF quote within 4 business hours.
