By using djldrone.com or contacting DJL DRONE (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date. Prices are EXW Liangshan, China unless otherwise specified in writing. Shipping costs, insurance, and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
Orders
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed proforma invoice and agreed deposit. Production begins after deposit clears. Balance payment is required before shipment.
Lead Times
Stated lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to force majeure, raw material shortages, or quality re-runs are not grounds for cancellation. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
Quality & Warranty
1-year manufacturer warranty on motors, ESCs, and flight controllers. 6-month warranty on batteries. Warranty does not cover crash damage, water ingress, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
Returns & Refunds
Defective units are replaced free of charge during the warranty period. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to our facility. We cover re-shipment of replacement units.
Limitation of Liability
DJL DRONE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are resolved through friendly negotiation first; failing which, through China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
